AMEN MY BROTHER. THESE ASSHOLES (OVERLAND) ARE THE BIGGEST BUNCH OF CROOKS IN THE INDUSTRY. JUST BECAUSE ONE PROJECT PAYS ON TIME DOESN'T MEAN THEY ALL DO. THE REASON THEY HAVE DEEP POCKETS IS BECAUSE THEY DON'T PAY ON INVOICES. OVERLAND WILL SCREW YOU. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Overland Contracting Inc., a division of Black & Veach (a huge, deep-pocket corporation) established O.C.I. as a prime contractor along with the other half dozen or so independent primes they had under contract. I was the first subcontractor hired by this division of Black & Veach's cable construction operation. I have been working for them for almost a year now, and I have always been paid on time and in full. I have always had work for all my splicers (as many as fourteen), and I have always had an open line of communication to resolve what problems might arise - as they will on ANY job. Therefore, I tell those of you who are contemplating working for O.C.I., they are as good a company as you will find anywhere in this industry.
