Re: Gainmaker return input pads

Buffalo Chips, If you were in Montreal at CF Cable (now Videotron) year ago, you must ran in to my old friend John Samoluk (the polok) tech. dir. then at CF Cable. Were you also there, when SA trunk bridger amp. needded an high value EQ at the input of the first IC, so they could get the proper output slope with those amp., where after 10 amp the low band was so noisy it was no longer acceptable. This is when SA finally decide to do like every one else, enter flat at the first IC and gave slope tilt between first and second IC. The Mag amp. where sold by me, and we lost the job, when one eng. from Philips, (Maganvox) then, decided to buy bolts that were to long for closing the amp. these longer bolts hit the bottow of the jaw, causing the amp. not to close properly and most of the amp. got full of water, this when CF Cable decide to go to SA amp. Just bring good memory just talking about this.
