Here's the problem: All of our 3-Com modems have stopped working. Other brands work fine. The 3-Com modems will provision, but stop working after a little while, even though they appear to be provisioned at the customer's house. If the customer unpowers and repowers, it works for a little while again. At the HE, the SMNP loses contact with the modem but it doesn't try to reprovision. We haven't made any changes in the software that we are aware of. When we replace the modem with a Surfboard, everything is normal. Has anyone experienced this problem? Any suggestions would be appreciated!
