Where is the work for a decent wage?
Looking for any splicing work out there that pays a decent wage. All I have seen are jobs that people want done for minimum wage. I'm a qualified splicer that does the job to spec the first time. Seems like a good splicer could find a job that could cover the cost of Insurance, room, truck & tools, and still clear enough to support a family. Is it possible anymore?
