Take another hit off of whatever you are smoking and look again I never worked in Wheeling I worked all Comcast projects the last 3 years. Prince William County VA, and the only non Comcast project was in York County VA with Cox.
I was paying $180 per mile, plus $2.50 per MDU's and Towne homes, and $40.00 per hour to locate. Not Shabby for a bottom feeder plus net 14 also and no retainage. Nice try guy have your fun. PS one guy made $240K that year with me you should have been on the project if you were worth a darn.
