YEP that was about when it happend in Tampa 1 day after the FDLE sent notice to cable companies about the theft in south FL. Sounds to me like the third world countries need more bandwidth. back then they were upgrading to 550 now I guess they want 870. This was the first I have heard about theft in the ATL. (2gun)
