Yeah, I have that set. Of course, I never know the proper audio setting to use for the box (heavy compresson, light compression, etc.) but that's a question for another day.

I dread making this phone call. I am confident that the people on the phone will think I'm nuts if I even begin to bring this up.

I did try this, with no change.
