Hey Rick why be so mean to the kid?? He is just asking advice. If people treated you like that when you started you may not have stayed in the biz yourself. We should help one another unless they are a HACK!! If the kid is trying to do a good job I say give him all the help and advice he needs. Just my 2 cents.
