Be carefull of any contractual agrreement with any GC. Do not accept liqudated damaages, place as much responsibility onothers as possible and review all doccuments and schedules carefully. Good luck
> Will your customer let you line item the bid or do they want a composite price? If line item is allowed good for you. Try to think of every step you wil have to do. Will you subcontract out the floor bores? Will yu have to have them XRayed before cutting the floor. Will the customer supply all materials, if not which do you have to come up with. What is your mark up on materials? How difficult will it be for you and your crews to get into the site? Any time restrictions?
> It would be very easy to say that you should be able to do the job for about $3.00 to 3.50 a foot, but there are to many unkowns that you have not mentioned.
