Well thanks to all that read my last posting.
It is true that the cable contractor know more of what is going on within a system than the system know itself. So how can we as contractors make a better impression upon the mso community?? Thoughts anyone??
Here's mine, and again it is just my opinion and I'm not pointing any fingers or calling any names.
Be honest to both the customer and and your empoyees. Remember
that without one you can't have the other. Honesty is the best policy. Be brave and admit when your in over your head and don't try to make up the difference in overbilling or underpaying. Just be honest and upfront. It will all work out if you have the patience and perserverence to weather the storms. Everyone has a bad day or even a bad week. This isn't the easiest job in the world. It is hard on the body,mind, and spirit. But more often then not it's hard on the family.
Be strong brother and let the cable gods take care of you.
