My deepest symphathies are with you.Ronnie Collins drowned in Columbia, SC. He was working for 1st South, I was a sub. They asked that crew out on a Sunday morning in the rain to get 1 span. Ronnie didn't wait for a life vest. I sure wish he would've and so does his 3 children and their mother.
No deadline is worth a dead lineman. First South lost several guys in a relativley short time. I feel sure they've updated their safety policies by now.
Oh, buy the way , they crossed with the strand on the day after Ronnie drowned.
