Re: SA 750 MHz Series II and III

The noise figure for an SAIII is 10.1 dB @ 750 MHz, LE II NF= 9 dB, thr UBT NF = 9 dB. This NF = thermal noise -59.21 get a copy of your system specifications to determine input level as this may be different depending what system you are in. As for the reverse amplifier there are two types in these amplifiers standard gain of 19.5 dB, and hi-gain @ 27dB system specifications will give a minimum reverse input level depending on design. Therre is no one answer when it comes to levels, the MFG. provides a data sheet with expected performance based upon a reference output level. system specs will answer any questions.(usa)

> I have heard so many different specs. What is the optimum padded input levels for the first forward hybrid on each of the LE, LGD, HGD, UBT, BT in these SAII's and SAIII's. And the reverse hybrid? I have heard 15 on some 20 on others, 20 on all. Who knows? Gainmaker experts please stand by...
