SA 750 MHz Series II and III

I have heard so many different specs. What is the optimum padded input levels for the first forward hybrid on each of the LE, LGD, HGD, UBT, BT in these SAII's and SAIII's. And the reverse hybrid? I have heard 15 on some 20 on others, 20 on all. Who knows? Gainmaker experts please stand by...
