Seems funny that you are requesting all of this paper work from tcc. Don't you create copies and records of your work before you turn it in? And as far as boxes... Your guys should have been making sure they keep there boxes in check instead of waiting for someone to come out and say you're missing 30 boxes or whatever... do they not have any paper work or records? If you are trying to sue, you need more than your word... sounds like tcc has all the paper.
