This has to be the most unprofessional act of desperation I have ever seen. For one, your paperwork was NEVER, AND I REPEAT, NEVER HELD HOSTAGE. You have had every opportunity in the world to come to the st. louis location to receive paperwork on the multiple boxes that you lost. This paperwork has YOUR EMPLOYEES signature on them showing they were out to you. We assissted you in every way possible to insure that you could get theses boxes back. Simply for the fact that if you can't give me addresses on them, I can't give them to our Prime, which means we get billed. Instead, you never came to get the paperwork, you left it in your employees hands, who said they were going to do nothing to help you, because you refused to pay them, and you gave up. Now you're saying you're going to file a suit. Well, we'll one up you! Have your lawyer contact me immediately on my cell, and i'll be happy to give all the paperwork to him so he can tell you how pointless your suit is going to be.
