Many of us have seen the giant AT&T buy up system after system and do so without keeping your customers interest in mind. AT&T Broadband seems to have hired those managers from the old TCI and Media One systems that were close to loosing thier job due incompetence and put them in back in the saddle again. Guys! You put a bad taste in everyones mouth and your luck anyone will continue to work for you. Your Jacksonville Florida market is sinking fast and there will be others to follow. Due us all a favor and sell your markets off to those companies who have a qualifed Engineering department, qualified headend tech's and qualifed management to handle Broadband service. Most of all to a company who makes the CUSTOMER thier number one priority, instead of the homes pass for the month.
AT&T Broadband, Just hang it up and sale.
