A) What constitutes Abuse?
B) Who decides?
C) When did you get a right to not be annoyed? I didn't get mine.
D) Are you sure this right, not to be ignored overides anothers right to voice his opinion? Doesn't sound right to me.
E) If I am annoyed by your inability to not read post that annoy you, who do I see to assert my new right? That's annoying.
