It appears as though there might be three or four abusers who contribute a dismall pall (and nothing more) to this site and tarnish its value for everyone else. Would the majority miss them? No! Would the abusers miss the majority? No! Well, maybe (slim chance).
Can we be democratic and take a vote? If abuse is not to be tolerated by the majority, lock out the abusers one month for the first offense, two months for the second offense, three strikes and you're out.
Admin, can you set up a ballot and open the polls for all?
