I hate to be the one to break this to you, ty. I guess I'm not the one from the looks of the other responses. Maybe this will save you some time. I have 23 years experience doing just what you described, and hiring people who do just what your talking about. Depending on the volume, and in my opinion, you MAY get what your want for these following rates<
$5,000,000 or more per year in activity, you pay $65k/yr, or more, with bonus potential towards 25K for excellent profit.
$10,000,000 or more should be $100,000K plus.
Look at it this way, a good project manager handling a 1,000,000 per year jobsite ($20K per week) should, and does in most cases, get $800 to $1200 per week plus truck and benefits.
At the rate you're advertising, the person who takes this job will either peter out in 6 months (and your money and time will have been wasted), or worse, he will cost you clients! Plus the wasted time.
Trying to scrimp on money for this position will hurt you in the long run.
