Good point Hillbilly, I followed much the same path. I cant say as much for my guys as they"re only there for 5:00 & payday but what can you do? I"m sure tired of training guys for months & have them refuse to take the responsibility that comes with the money. So I keep on doin best I can keepin cust happy. Responsible intelligent hardworking people are impossible to find in my part of the world so I make do with what I got keep on keepin on untill I can get in a position to go out on my own carrying the load gets old after 8yrs & no relief in sight!
