Well you may be correct on that my point should have been about paying dues no supevisor lasts long without the respect of his employees. I also feel that cableconstruction is a craft not neccasarily organized labor like say cuttin grass. I"m in a supervisory position but in my case after checking that everyone is squared away each morning I get in my truck and work all day doing the I cants wonts & donts. Alot of young kids in this biz want the big money to play strawboss I still believe any supervisor should be able to stand in for any employee he is responsible for and get the job done!
