I too have encountered this; I have had a few had a few opportunities over the years from a CABL job. But the meat n potatoes of the jobs haven’t panned out and I honestly feel like the job board here has been used to often to get people to bite and then mislead. Two of the last three jobs I have taken through CABL leads have not been as advertised.
So more to your point, the folks who are aligned with the jobs don’t get responses…why is that(?)…I think as you suggest there isn’t a department that is directly watching these mediums or they don’t care…perhaps they rely on algorithms to generate the proper candidates. If you use Ai in your application or your response to a job offer you are likely to get a response and receive a call back.
