Within the last 15 years majority of the English independent Islands had a new fiber network built by ISP provider Digicel, the are a few smaller Island that has Coaxial network but are in the transition to be replace in the near future. They also initiated an undersea project from south America that has not be fully completed, the french and Dutch Island I cant really say for certain what their status are. @firstphase you can message me private i can share more details....
