Look at the requirements, pay and the daily tasks. You expect a supervisor to use their own truck, recruit, cover routes, manage techs and deal with the customer plus QC and close out jobs while using their own truck and fuel all for 1200.00 week in the Greater Boston area. ??? The amount of work this supervisor would be doing would probably come out to 15.00 per hour after working a 6 day work week at 12 hours per day and then using his own truck. The poor guy wouldn’t be able to survive.
Have you employers lost your marbles? This is not some 3rd world country but it sure is starting to seem that way. Either pay these guys a fair wage or don’t post the ad.
