Charter could care less about a contract that THEY make you sign, it means NOTHING and hey build in clauses that allows them to change anything at will, including pricing, terms of payment etc etc..........I am soooo glad I am out after 42 years, and Charter was the main reason for my retirement, they SUCK and are dishonest to everybody and DO NOT CARE
