Theoretically the bending radius will be OK but with everything else that needs to fit in the ped, it may be difficult to perform the work in a ”neat and workman like manner” (NEC Sec. 110.12). I would definitely have your inspector approve the first one you do before you move on. Because I’m sure you or your prime signed a contract to follow a bunch of standards including the NEC.
