My problem is that I don't understand how it works. We do a large volume of work and high quality. We try to win fair competition and do a good job, but sometimes we are removed from a project for no reason and replaced with completely incompetent guys who literally do not know how to put a wire in a lecher. How does this industry work? Do you need to pay bribes? Take managers to a restaurant? What else is needed besides conscientious work? Sore
