Recently bought a splicer and power meter OTDR on the way. 4 years in the field located in Phoenix willing to travel if need be. Mostly osp. Point to points and ftth experience. Everyone I call they only offer points and it’s all from the Ped to the house. I want to do everything pre Ped. Any suggestions/ advice?
