While I appreciate your sentiment regarding existing MSO'S, it seems to me quite likely that some of them, not mentioning any names, but some of the big ones especially, would be likely to pay their top personnel some huge bonuses and such out of those funds and still not manage to get the desired results. Besides, the large existing MSO'S have had the ability for far to long to suppress contractor rates and employ other forms of manipulation to make it difficult, if not maddening, to prosper in the industry.
I believe that spreading the money around is good for everybody and forces the existing MSO'S to get their sh*t together and pay better.
