All should know, this is one single contractor "Superior" that is not getting their last invoices paid due to quality issues they were given multiple chances to go back and fix on Aerial work. The held invoices are not even close to 100k as he claims. There is a cost associated with other crews having to go behind the fixes, especially when the power company gets involved and they won't allow anyone other than their people to move attachments that were placed in the power space.
