The SOW clearly states what I have to do. I am simply looking for advice/experience from anyone who has done it. I know others have done it because I have personally seen them doing it. It was many years ago and I paid little attention to the details because I didn’t think I would ever do such a thing. But here I am. I am semi-retired and the only reason I’m considering it is because it is close to home and a new challenge. Be sure I will not under bid this. Too many unknowns.
