Just watching the crews as an inspector may look easy and simple, however once you get your feet dirty with your own crews, its a different story. Your $20,000 would last you about 2 weeks, so your in a tough $$$ position. Why not contact one of the primes, ask them what kind of a cut they would give in return for getting them the work. Make sure your (3-4-5-6%) is based on Gross Billing...not net profits. Good Luck with it, make sure your operating legal, never put profits $$$$ before family assets. G Ogden
