My job right now specifically watches missile crews all day. I get all the tools, equipment, etc needs, and personally I would just rent an air compressor. Fairly cheap where I live thankfully.
I guess I was just trying to ask a respectful cut range towards my 1099 guys. Iv thrown the idea of regular employees out the window for now.
and if it would be smarter to start out requiring 1099 crews to supply there own tools, equipment. Just too get it going. But that would take away my profit. Or, any at all.
And you were right I should take my 20k to a reliable banker, and get more for sure. Company I work for now pays subs once a month, and covering expenses would definitely be needed of course. Thanks again
