Your not going to jet out 33,000 ft of 144 fiber, then try to pull back to get your man hole loops. I wouldn't think the 33,000 ft is in a straight line anyway, so your have to break out of the ducts to change direction, if so then you might be able to have enough slack for the loops. All question are good.....but there is never enough info to provide a real answer !
