Is WC insurance a State by state thing? Or can you get it anywhere? I am in Tennessee and Steadpoint is the main provider. We are at odds right now and they won't write me a policy. I need to get my insurance back, so I can go back to work.
Any ideas?
Not really sure why I have to carry it, I don't have employees, just me.
