Well just dude. As a matter of fact I do own hooks and a ladder. And you probally can't afford a truck thats why you do everything off hooks. I've spliced jobs that were 80% rear easment.And could proubally out splice you any day on hooks, ladder, truck. So get a life and reply to posted messages with courtesy. Or stay off the net. I,m sure others may agree.

But don't know much about the booms/equiptment. However I do not like the vans mounted with a boom. There is not really any room in them if you have to carry peds, cable, equiptment, etc. But hey are goon in the winter or rain to build your equiptment in, only you can't splice in the rain.
