I understand protecting the end user & CYA. I’m not against background checks but I don’t trust the background companies. As said, I personally spoke with a principal of a very popular background check company (the one required for the job) and I asked some simple, to the point questions. He did not answer the questions to my satisfaction.
How do they know which states/counties they have lived in without checking all the counties in the USA?
