If you do not have a State issued Contractor licence for telecommunications or CATV and they tell you its okay to do work as a subcontractor unlicensed 1099 in that State that requires it, State enforcement in many states do arrest and place on line unlicensed contractor activities. Look it up on line and you will see individuals arrested for those unlicensed activities.
