what it really means is that if you hire on...you will be the lowest paid guy on the projects. really it's just the owner of the systems, hires a Prime Contractor to rebuild the system, then the Prime Contractor hires a sub contractor and in some cases the sub contractor again hires a sub sub contractor...the lowest paid guys on the project, yet they do all the work. The Prime makes 20% profit, the Sub Contractor makes 20%, then the sub sub contractor makes 10% profit and you on the end of the pay scale make.....a big fat $$$$$ O
Just be sure you know who you are working with, your best position is to work for the PRIME...or you be the PRIME
