I totally agree.. many contracting companies are making you become INC to avoid this problem.. also guys are talking about lawsuits... I laugh at that because the Comcast, Spectrum, Cox cable companies will sock up your money in court... you will never will.. The only way to win is if all the SUBs join together and not work. Again that will never work becasue we cant trust one another to do that.. we all have families to feed and bills to pay..so they will find techs to work and promise them everything..
I saw an ad stating that Spectrum is proud that they have all there (techs) employees making at least $15.00 an hour.
