I was down in Miami a few years ago as microman said a lot of easementa lot of fences and people not home in my book they would have to be paying major dollars before I would ever consider Miami again between the traffic and all the Spanish people that cannot speak English and in certain parts you've got the higher man to stand with your truck to keep from being robbed while you're in the easement it would have to be some mighty good moneyBigDuck
