My company did the rebuild in Dade Cty for Adelphia after Hurricane Andrews back in 90's. All I remember was a lot of easement work in northern portion, Homestead was pretty good running. Never jump on a national disaster rebuild and the client wants to pay you on footage basis instead of by the hour. Go Luck..Keep Safe: MicroMan
