Re: NY State Build Shutdown Update

Charter/Spectrum did not live up to their agreement to service everyone. I was doing engineering consultation for them a couple years ago and saw what they were doing then. Spectrum merely provided the maps(intent) and didnt follow up with the construction in the rural areas and got caught. The state holds the purse strings on this build. I was told that the state was taking over, but, that could be incorrect. Every swinging dick, especially power companies are diving into broadband these days, municipalities included.
