Bellsouth Entertainment info

I have worked for Bellsouth Ent on the Birmingham job and I will be the first to say they suck.........I was backcharged thousands of dollars not because of poor quality work but quote "customer education was not adequate". The customers even signed off on a QC sheet acknowleding that they were walked through the process of operating the digital boxes and even shown a video.
At least I didnt give BEI the satisfaction of gigging me on anything physically wrong with the work...Beware of BEI
