I had a friend who use to be a regional suprv for 40 yrs with a major construction company, when he retired, moved by home in the south, he tred to hire on with Grayhound Bus, just for spending sin money, the HR guy told him he had "Too much Experience" and told him.."If I hired you"...I would eventually end up working "For You"
That's your problem, they are afraid your take their job/title.
