I recently applied for inhouse AT&T/Directv and was told the same thing "no match". 30+ years in the industry with the last 15 being sat installs for retail. I believe it's the old story of Too Much knoledge = Bad Attitude. Training younger techs at substandard wage always wins out in todays world. Keep a positive demeanor and plug away until you find the right fit as I have as an old dawg doing a the same job I started at in 1981.
