Everything I posted is coming from boots on the ground, it'd appear you will have an 8 day barge float. A 10-14 day customs wait. No pay until you get your truck. And once you get your truck things get better but you'll need hooks because almost every road has damage if it even exists. There's also a special $1400 workmans comp policy you have to have to work in certain parts of PR if not the whole island. That's from their government not ours. Obviously that is just one scenerio because there appears to be several mso's, so some systems may be a little better or worse. Good luck.
