What is the TRUTH with respect to Puerto Rico?

What is the REAL truth, from a guy with boots on the ground regarding your living situation, materials, payout, vehicles, etc etc????? I dont care if you splice or construct, I would like to hear some feedback from the trenches, not the owners/bosses
