The last I heard from a friend that works for S&N that their own guys could not be on the job site in the city of Atl. They have the Google project and the locating contract for Atl, Gas light.
There have been so many gas line strikes that they are being blame for the strike either way. Sub hits the line .. Sub's fault they work for S&N there fault .. locates off make still S&N's fault .... The city is not real happy with the progress. They also are having sub to sub issue's with the sub not paying his sub... A bunch of micro manging of each job site. Crew's having to stop work for every little issue that comes up. S&N inspectors that have no clue about underground construction telling veterns crews how to do their job's. It's a joke from what I've seen and heard.
