We all have to remember now that this is the same company that now CHARGES the customer a service of $50.00 for a damaged drop and anything that is not equipment related.
They also collect a few each month on most of its customers for wire maintence. That some how never get used by any customer ever.
So having you bring the pole to spec ... Only includes the plant main side of the plant in the real world. They keep pushing until you just have to fnd something else or somewhere else to work.
Good luck and may God bless you all.
